You are invited to participate in a Blanket Exercise facilitated by Edmonton Native Healing Centre. The Blanket Exercise is a powerful, interactive, visual telling of Canada's history from the perspective of indigenous people in Canada; a history many Canadians are never taught. The Blanket Exercise also includes a talking circle where we can process some of our thoughts and emotions following the exercise.
All Calvary ladies are invited to come and join the Listening Prayer home groups for a time of connecting with one another! It will be a casual night of food, fun, hanging out and some sharing about what Jesus is doing in the hearts of our sisters. If you have any questions, please talk to Erin Camponi. Our Good Friday service will be a meaningful, thought-provoking service with a special presentation by Dr. Allan Effa of Taylor Seminary. He will be leading us in a creative reflection on Scripture and Passion artwork from the past several centuries. Please invite friends, co-workers and neighbors to join us in this reflective gathering.
Home Groups are invited to celebrate Maundy Thursday; Dan Sadowski is opening his home to people who would like to join his Home Group that evening. Anyone who would like to participate in this special Holy Week celebration is welcome to attend. Sadowski’s address is #7 Whitemud Place.
