For our next Move it Monday, we’ll be heading to Hawrelak Park to skate on the unique skating pathways and ponds in a wintry setting.  Hot drinks and snacks to follow.  Dress warm, and come on out for this fresh air and community building event!

Come out with your family or by yourself for fitness Mondays in Edmonton’s great outdoors!  Every second Monday of the month, Jared and Monika will lead a short devotion and then in various activities.
