We’ll be kicking off our year in home groups with a three week workshop, delving into how God is much more interested in you recognizing His presence WITH you than what you can get from Him or do for Him, based on the book With: Reimagining the Way You Relate to God, written by Skye Jethani. Phil Webb, who is a leader, teacher, pastor, and church planter who loves pointing people to Jesus and sharing Jesus love will be leading the teaching on this topic. This workshop will run on Wednesdays from September 19-October 3. The last week of the workshop will wrap up with appetizers and board games at the Walker’s house. We are planning a really fun camping weekend out where the buffalo roam, at Elk Island Park! The weekend will consist of hiking and biking events, games, the beautiful outdoors, and campfires! This weekend is for families, singles, teenagers and grandparents! Registration will begin soon, so stay tuned!

Rent a table or sign up to volunteer at Ritchie + Hazeldean's community garage sale hosted in Calvary’s parking lot. This is a great way for us to connect with the people in our community. Tables are $10 each. Talk to Chantel Dandeneault to rent a table or Sandra Thiessen to volunteer.
During this service, our entire church family will have the opportunity to engage and respond to Colossians 3:13-14 together through worship, a short all-ages teaching and a variety of response centres. Nursery and toddler room will be operating that day. Bring your family, home group, and friends as we grow together!
We invite you to come and invest a couple hours alongside other members of our church community this Saturday to apply some TLC to our place of worship. Bonus incentive is a free lunch BBQ for all participants at noon!

Join us for a workshop that will help you learn more about yourself and those around you. Enneagram (from the Greek words ἐννέα and γράμμα ]), is a description of the human psyche which is principally understood and taught as a typology of nine interconnected personality types. The Enneagram of Personality has been widely promoted in both business management and spiritual contexts. We will use this typology to gain insights into spiritual interpersonal-dynamics, and gain more understanding in our self-awareness, self-understanding and self-development. Whether you're a young adult who's new to Calvary, or you've been attending for a while, come downstairs right after the service for lunch. At this lunch you'll have the opportunity to hear about what's going on in the Y.A. ministry in the coming spring and summer months, as well as have a chance to get to know some other young adults better.
