  • Garage Sale Handbill Distribution

    Calvary Baptist Church 7215 97 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, Canada

    Calling all Calvary families, singles, kids, young adults and couples!  Join us in the distribution of the handbills advertising our Community Garage Sale in June.  Meet at the church and grab a package of handbills to distribute with friends or as a family.  If you can’t make it on May 1, packets will be available at the church info booth on Sunday, April 29 to distribute on your own time.  E-mail Erin Walker if you need more info!

    Parents & Tots is an open group that meets at the church every Tuesday as a means to connect, share experiences, support one another, and build community. Come spend time playing with toys and enjoying refreshments and conversation. Come when you can, leave when you need to.

  • Calvary Christmas Caroling

    Calvary Baptist Church 7215 97 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, Canada

    Come on out to spread Christmas cheer by carolling amongst our neighbours, singing a few of the old favourites!  Words and music will be provided!  It’s a great way to celebrate the coming of Jesus within our church neighborhood, as well.  Everyone's invited!  Hot chocolate and treats to follow!

  • Calvary’s Christmas Extravaganza

    This fun-filled evening will include dinner, hay rides with horses & wagon, skating, tobogganing, a warm fire, and games!  This evening is being planned for young and old alike, and everyone in-between.  Mark it on your calendar and watch for more details!

  • Kidzchurch

    KidzChurch Movie Matinée

    Calvary's Children's Ministry is having its first ever Movie Matinée! We will be showing a movie (TBD) on the projector in the sanctuary and we are inviting our families to come watch with us! Doors will open at 2:45 p.m. and the movie will start at 3:00 p.m. Bring a pillow, bring a blanket, and get ready to snuggle in and eat popcorn!

  • Church Corn Roast

    Continuing with our fall tradition, our church community is invited to Greg & Delores' acreage to enjoy our annual fall Corn Roast!  This is a great opportunity to spend some time catching up with friends and meeting new people to Calvary.  Fresh corn-on-the-cob and bbq'ed hot dogs will be provided.

  • Picnic in the Park

    If the weather’s good, come out for a casual time of connecting, fellowship and fun!  As you come into Hawrelak Park, turn left right away into the first small loop, park at the south end of the loop, and meet us under the big shady trees nearby.  Bring your own picnic lunch and drinks, lawn chairs or blanket. If you like, bring your frisbee, football or bocci ball set too!  See you there!

  • Calvary Golf Tournament

    If you’re interested in participating in our upcoming tournament, please register here!  Whether you golf regularly or just want to try it out, we'll match you up with a fun team to play alongside of!  Cost is $35/person (includes BBQ at Wiens’ afterwards).

  • Church Picnic

    Our site at Emily Murphy Park is perfect for hanging out together, water balloon volleyball, kids races and games, and a huge BBQ supper.  Mark it on your calendar and feel free to invite friends!

  • Parents & Tots Wrap-Up

    It's time to celebrate another great year of Parents & Tots!  We will be winding up our year with a Potluck Picnic at Ritchie Park.  While the church program takes a little break over the summer months, many will continue to meet.  Use the Facebook group to stay connected.  Please check out this link to the potluck and sign up.  Have a great summer!

  • Community Garage Sale

    Rent a table or sign up to volunteer at Ritchie + Hazeldean's community garage sale hosted in Calvary’s parking lot.  This is a great way for us to connect with people in our community.  Tables are $10 each.  For more info or to reserve a table talk to Chantel Dandeneault.
